A2-A3 is a contemporary concept towards resilience building of farmers. It is focused on better alternatives to current practices and support in adaptation. The critical success factor of the concept is establishment of eco-system constituting of not only farmers and experts, but also govt bodies including schemes for benefit of farmers, financial institutions (NABARD, SIDBI etc) gram panchayat. Convergence brings sustainability and long term benefits.
